Default if you're married, been married, or been in a wedding...

what did you give/get for groomsman gifts?

im thinking i might get something different for each guy, they all have different lifestyles.....

cufflinks/tie clip for one guy
liquor flask for one (maybe 2) guy
zippo lighter for one guy
maybe a pocket watch instead of one of the liquor flasks.

did you get the stuff engraved? what did it say etc?

I've been a groomsman at bunches of weddings. I've gotten lighters, flasks, etc...and really don't use them.

My suggestion, leatherman tool

Perfect for the park ranger & computer geek. The atty. is still a guy, and this is a perfect gift for any guy.

I was in my friend's wedding and he gave us all Tag Heur Links Collection Watches

He didn't have anything engraved in it, but on the box was a card that said "Thank you for getting me to that next step" or something along those lines.

I like your idea of cuff links or something classy like that. Flask I don't think I would do

Yeah, they were really nice and he went all out for the wedding.

James - after re-reading your post I'd say go with the cuff-links or pocket watch idea
