well, in my opinion, that is the responsibility of a parent to filter those things. my parents have asked me about stuff for my little bro, he's 17 now so i let more go but a few years back, if they asked i made sure they knew what they would be getting him... kids dont need to see shit like that, its traumatic... they cant understand that that's only nature. hell, some adults dont get it.

So you expect them to jump in and fight the bear? All the animals are wild, and in an open space where they coexist. It's bound to happen at some point.

yeah, and the article says the zoo keepers tried to distract the bears. i guess they could have gone a step further and tried to tranquilize them. but oh well. rip monkey.

any parents watching that happen could have covered their kids' eyes and taken them away from the exhibit. that is, assuming they were paying attention to their kids. and if they weren't, then they suck anyway.

this is what is wrong with our country...traumatic? Its nature, shit within the lastt 100 years 12 year old boys were sent to war to kill other human beings. If your kid cant see a monkey getting killed by a bear than your kid is a pussy. I am sorry but all this touchy feely, make everything soft, oops bumped your head coddling needs to stop.
