Why is Bl@ck hitting guys?
One guy he just hit belongs to Terrorist Cell: Disposable Heroes Training Camp
Disposable Hero's ...can't find their cell...
He also did this to jomonte from the P-Furians
In Medical Centre for 206 minutes.

This cell is now devoted to members that are at a level of 20 or below. This is a training cell only. Here is where you work on your stats and gain all the money you will need. You will be heavily protected by the Disposable Heroes Cell.
Rules......
1. DO NOT attack members who are online
2. Do not attack members over and over again
You are not here to declare war on every cell. You are here to train to become more powerfull players. As time progresses and members become more powerfull players you can then switch over to the Disposable Heroes Cell at a level of 20 or more

Ok guys. Time to post up your level and stats. I'm curious to see where everyone is at. I'm particularly curious about displayed level vs stats.
I'm wondering if I should hold off on criminal activity, so that I can linger longer in a level before advancing a level. Hitting people can also level me up faster, but not be to my overall advantage because my stats don't go up.
For example, I'm a LV 47. Our Prez is a 40. Our prez has higher overall stats (i think) than I do and can kick my butt.
