You can, but you aren't going to get as much from it as you would if you were a 100+ level. That's why I'm collecting and selling them up the line.

12GB refills your energy. It's the fastest way to make gains at the gym and level up. It also lets you recover fast during a war.

Hit a cell until your energy drains. Trade 12GB for energy, and go at it until your opponent submits.

 

I'm going up a level or 2 everyday just training by iteslf without spending gold bars.

Me too. I haven't hit that level gain ceiling yet.

Depends. If my criminal activity will push me over to the next level, yes. That way I get a higher training multiplier before expending the energy.

Otherwise, I do the criminal activity after I train.

I train first since criminal activity uses stamina. The higher your stamina, the more stats you will get when you train.
