It's that speed attribute. One of us has to at least get to his exact speed level before we can kill him.

I just got a message from Clod Blued Steel asking if we could lay off of Jeep Beater. I guess it's a buddy of his and he is running a bit scared after the attacks. So I am sending him a demoral as a good faith gesture and am asking for us to back up off him.
