keep two firefox tabs open, withdraw the 12bil outta the bank on one screen, switch over to the property section that you already pre-loaded in the other tab, once you see MW pop up in the bank tab, click on NA... pretty seemless

 

I withdrew all my money, sold my current property and then bought NA in less than 20 seconds. 3 tabs in FF. Have 2 open to the Residential Construstion page and one to the bank.

Withdraw all your money, wait for the page to finish loading.
Switch tabe to one of the residential constrution pages, click sell your house.
Wait for the page to finish.
Switch to the last tab and click on North America.
wait for that to load. Then if you have any money left, put it back in the bank.

I say wait for the page to load, cause if you start opening pages while others are still loading. You could load up a page and all your money is gone and you are in a wooden crate. Up shit creek then. Best to give it the few extra seconds till it loads, that way there's no question that you tried to have it do too many pages at once and crossed things up.

edit: oh, it'd probably be best to do this early morning when server load is low. 1) pages load faster 2) there's less people online, less chance of attack.

 

Might want to save up for a metro shake before buying NA.
