Or are you saying to get it to that page and then wait for 100% energy before activating the refresh? Never had to do it that way before if thats the case.

OK so I just tested my theory and heres the deal.
If you set the auto refresh and get the error page let it ride. When the page reloads with the correct amount or more energy it will credit your character with the training level build. I set the training amount to 2 under max training at 40 minute refresh just so it wouldn't run the risk of getting the SQL error and throwing something off.
