My shoulder is the same way. I dislocated it the first time while boxing, and it has done it a couple times since by merely falling on it hard.

About what?

So far your posts in this forum have been complete crap so it really doesn't surprise me you would be confused about 90% of what goes on in this forum.

Well it's kind of weird because it's not like a normal bone that gets dislocated and comes out of socket. Instead what happens is it shifts for a moment. sometimes it sticks in the angle it was shifted to which is really bad but most times it moves back into position and you are pretty much in pain for a while.

I have done this twice now and it usually lasts about two weeks of limited mobility in certain ways. I have to watch what I lift and how I lift things as well as weight.
