So the guy that turned it into a pr0n site thinks that people have this kind of logic:
"Hmmm, I think I want to learn about the history of Troutdale... *type type type* OMG this isn't history, it's a pr0n site!.... Where do I sign up?"
Yeah, business obviously wasn't his major. I don't think the kind of people learning about history or trying to visit the chamber of commerce's website are the kind trying to sign up and give out thier information for pr0n.

this same concept happened to a buddy of mine who teached at a HS. he was a video and web design teacher and they set up a website for the group as they did alot of outside jobs, well after he transferred north the school board let the domain rights expire i guess and next thing he knew the site was a porn site...their biggest project was for the state and they put their website address on the cd's themselves they made and lets just say there were a lot of phone calls about the project design crews website!
