Quick Brake question....

Default Quick Brake question....

im thinking of purchasing EBC green stuff pads with EBC cross drilled and slotted rotors....
ive heard good things about the brake pads, anyone have experience with the rotors?
or am i better off buying hawk pads with powerslot rotors? or ebc green stuff with powerslots? help me im confused
any input greatly appreciated.
car is an 03 corolla by the way....

Save your money. Cross-drilled/slotted are just useless if you aren't tracking your horsepower monster.

I would prefer the Hawks with some Brembo blanks - cheap, effective, practical.

brembo blanks for sure. thats what i have on my integra. well, mine for a few more hours :wtc: they are great rotors.

corolla doesn't need monster brakeing power. Get some decent pads and some brembo blanks

Both have about the same friction coefficient (if considering the Hawk HPS pads). They are about the same, just pick the one with a lower price.

The only time I went to the track with ebc greenstuffs, the car barely made it home. Go with Hawk or Axxis.

If you go with Axxis, get PBR...they are the same pad at half the price. I had the Ultimates...they stopped very well, but dusted a lot.
