One cup of sugar + packet + 2 litres of water!

Do you really need one cup of sugar, that's a direct line to diabetes! Tastes fine without any sugar. h: I bought a few packs of this stuff to drink after hockey, I swear lime green pack without sugar tastes like gatorade mix.

u usually make it with a little less than 1 cup sugar

but sugarless.... wheres the fun in that?

 

i used to fill 1/3 of the cup with sugar, then add the kool-aid powder , then whatever water fills the rest of the cup
