why does my left arm fall asleep everynight, over and over. i dont sleep in a wierd position, but it happens constantly. waking me up. it only happens a few months out of the year. My right arm will do the same, but less frequently.

It seems as soon as i lay down, my arm(s) starts to tingle, like its inevitable. Can my brain be causing this as well, i expect it to happen so it does? heh

As soon as i stand up, my arm starts to feel normal again. Its disturbing my sleep.

 

Are you sure you're not sleeping with your head on it?

i can purposely sleep completely flat, and this still happens.

I hate it when my arms fall asleep while sleeping and when I wake up I can't feel it and I have to move it with my other hand. Kinda scarey.

 

maybe something to do with blood flow? something serious?

you sleep on your back or stomach? I'd see a doctor, nerves being pinched?
