how to change users in FF?

how to change users in FF?
yea i dunno what i did but when i closed all my ff windows and tried to reopen it, it asked me what user i wanted to use default or something else. well i guess i picked the wrong one and now all my bookmarks are gone and my usual settings. can anyone help!!!

i somehow logging into a different user. its not the same one i usually use, and i never get asked what user i want, but the other one has all my bookmarks and password saved everywhere.
