Default Computer Speaker help v.Present

I'm wanting to get my sister some speakers(gaming ones I guess) for her computer. I'm wanting a good deal online and don't want to spend more than 30 bucks, if possible. I'm not sure what sets would be good. It would be only for music.

I'm not sure whether to go for this or not. I remember looking at these speakers before for myself and liking them. I'd jump on it for myself but buying for a present on ebay makes me worried.

I have the 5.1 version of these. They are pretty nice. I paid like $50 for them at Sam's Club, rather than like $70 something in best buy or any other place.
