illegal u-turn + supposedly running a red light to do it. this was while i was lost at 11pm my first night in northern va on 495/395 trying to find my roommates new condo. cop was a jerk and didnt even tell me which direction i shouldve been headed.

Cop comes out there and was like WTF are you doin driving this car with no..... windows,muffler,lights,insurance,title,seatbelts,t ag, etc. so i explain to him and he ends up giving me a Seatbelt ticket for 10$ and goes and gets a truck to pull me out. That cop could have owned me but he knew my family so....

seeing a state trooper in the street. i turned my car on (not loud) wrote me up for extra loud exhaust. i turned it on and the lights went on. he was waiting for me!
