Anywhere, Ithaca has shitloads of good places to eat. Anyplace up in collegetown and on the hill is good for me...you'll know them better than I do by your 2nd week there. I only go where my coworkers drag me, which is usually to applebee's by the big mall on the hill or some awesome chinese buffet.

 

Well, with my gpa, extra currics and me knowing someone, I wouldn't have been worried. He saw my grades and such and said he knew I would get in.

 

Cornell has a pretty good business school, too. At least, that's what I've heard. I know of somebody graduating..well...now and he's walking into a great job.

 

i went to some mexican place in the commons (i think its called) and it was damn good. thats as far as my restaurant knowledge goes in ithaca

Yeah, well if I wanted to pursue my MBA I would have considered it...but 4 years and 100k+ for a bachelors in business isn't worth it to me.

 

Ah. Well. I'm going to be near $200k in debt when I am done, unless I can get into a combined PhD/MD that has a nice stipend. I think Cornell would give me a better chance at getting in to one of those programs.

 

my ex gf graduated from there. major was linguistics. look forward to the parties on the hill!
