I was at 99% before I hit level 7...attacked some dude, the battle froze and then it popped up "lost all EXP for running from the fight"

no I was lvl 6 with 99% exp...so one more exp point and I would be lvl 7....but since their server fucked up now I am lvl 6 with 0% exp.
