I have 6 crimina things....i did one bootleg action dvds and it used up all 6...when it should've done 3

Whats your house? Your housing directly affects crimes, so if you are in a box still then work with the smaller 1 point crimes and build up. Just like real life you start with hubcaps then move to Ferarris off the lot

 

You have to work up to it. Try just doing the garbage picking for a while, soon you'll be able to get it every time. Same with bootlegging... I can steal a CEO's wallet every time I try now. Doesn't get me much though, I'd probably be better off just finding $50 in the park.
