getting NA in a couple minutes finally, time to jack up my stats also getting a nuke tank and a gatling gun and some other cool shyt.

 

You can use them to replenish energy. People use them for battles to strike sooner or to build their stats once they own a continent (usually nort america) because you get the max potential from your training at that point.
