yes and again do not bother training until you hit at least 90% stamina or it is a waste of energy

Yeah, the 12 bars worked for me again also. You are aloud to do it once a day apparantly.

I just clicked on the vote and get 12 gold bars link, then clicked on another link that took me to the actual page you vote on, and clicked vote. The gold was there instantly.
