A quick note about those 12 bars for voting, they are not worth 60million, send them to me and I will give you an even 150million for them.

Second, you all are supposed to be training, increasing your stats. It is great you are going up levels, but if you do no training as well, you are not going to any use to the cell.

150 million is small beans compared to what razor and 4x Jeeper are offering for more bars.

We need to keep the gold in the cell. As I said you might get a one shot better deal, not likely, but you never know. There are fringe benefits to the program you guys are currently in. I have spent over 1 billon upgrading your smaller players property for free, then there has been weapons and armor give aways, etc. (I am not done either) Remember your last war?That got solved by Wharbone making a quick call. If you want to see the guys you are helping with the gold, go to metro alley, click on fall of fame, click on stats, and then look for all the Elite names, these are members of Criminal Minds Elite. HCCfan and Yosamite Sasha frequently take down players levels higher than themslves. We now have 14 or 15 players in the top 50, and another 15 in the top 100. Our allies are the rest of the top 50 that aren't whos. So we make up about 75% of the top 50.
Bottomline is, when you get in trouble, you have some good backup. The whos are our biggest rivals, and they don't play the game fairly, pick on a lot of little guys, as you have seen, and will likely see again. So we need to build our best players up, and an army behind them. You all are ment to be a part of that army.
I have over a 100billion in the bank, and I am poor by CM standards. So we have money, and lots of it. We need gold and lots of it. When I am in your cell, I can do what ever I want money wise. Hence the offer you guys have gotten from 930. He can send weapons and armor for gold, I can give you cash for property. This way we have not broken any rules, and cannot get fedded. The whos will all eventually end up in fed (nobody gets the gold they have without cheating, we just haven't figured it out yet), but for now they are in deep with admin. But that will change.
So try and get your gold together as quickly as possible, as I can't stay in this cell forever. I will have to leave shortly, and move on to another cell, you guys are the first pilot project for us. We will always be friends, and will always help you upgrade. There are ways around things. It would just be easier to get the major stuff done now. Then get you guys enough money through interest and donations that you can help your own as they come through the door.
Make you bigger and stronger and have you prepared for WWIII. LOL.
