Nope it's not that at all I need for him to have someone create a cell for me and give me co pres duties just for admin rights on it. I just need to be able to accept and drop players as needed but it has to look legit.

Well yeah but it is 150k to start one and rather than be directly associated as the founder I can just be in as an ...opps I didn't realize...type member
