Dont take a picture of the car by itself. You want the car in every shot.

-Find a scene
-Set the camera MANUALLY. That way nothing drastic will change
-Put it on a timer
-Take pics with you in the picture
-Open all the pics in Photoshop
-Crop yourself out of each of the pic and pick one image to paste it into
-Do editing.

Right. I'd just like to have a least ONE layer that has nothing on it. When we shoot formals at Debutante Balls, we always take a pic of the backdrop without anyone in it, just incase we have to photoshop family members out of certain shots. Crazy.. I know.

I see what you mean. But then you have to think about the shadows and lighting.
