Planning on picking up a curl bar and some weights. Anything anyone can recommend? How are the ones from Sports Authority?

I like Olympic plates with a curl bar. For some reason I never got used to the feel of standard plates

not to be blunt or anything (that is totally against my nature) but bars are bars, weights are weights. It won't make a lot of difference.

Actually there are some that have a better feel to them. I don't think you'd understand until you've been lifting for years. At least that's how I feel about it. I prefer Olympic plates over standard i guess is what I meant. :dunno:

it was different. He set it at 200lbs and it was easier than I thought it'd be, then it got slightly harder after each rep.
