I saw Jack Johnson in concert with Matt Costa....its the best live show I have ever been to in my entire life. He really puts on a great show.

there are a couple songs that are put together interestingly from a guitar perspective, but most of them are pretty darn simple... Thats not really the appeal though, its freaking folk rock for pete's sake... simplicity is part of its charm.

he's a product of ass kicking marketing

but i like his music... there are some harder songs that i'm trying to learn too. he's not like green day, who only have 3 chords to choose from :exnbp:

I saw him in Del Mar at the fairgrounds for like $3 back in the day...good show.

I heard he does sublime and bob marley covers at his shows. Good times. His sound is pretty generic, but I love listening to it when I'm in a "chill out" mood.
