I need cheap transportation. Yes, I know it is a Neon. Is it worth it?

no. 150k on a Neon means it's on life support. Those tend to die around 80k.

Even with a new(er) engine and inspection?

Is the cavalier $900?

one of my sister's had a neon and its was a nightmare.. go older civic, corolla, accord or camry. my sister has a 90 corolla dx that she drives it into the ground. gets excellent gas mileage and easy to repair. my old 92 accord has been reliable.

those 90's model Neons were terrible. The engines and transmissions are absolute nightmares.

I'm not sure about the newer body styles ... but trust me, this thing is a POS.

:werd: ive known a number of people with neons of that style and they were horrible. not even talking about the reliability or anything, but they were made just so cheap
