Workout Crew: Just finished working legs...

I just got a one of those workout bikes. I went on it for a hour yesterday and lost almost 4 pounds, but gained like 1 1/2 after drinking water.

squats > all leg exercises. not saying you shouldnt do the others...you should. but you should do squats fa sho!

i hate leg workouts with a passion, because walking is a chore the day after

my legs are very strong, they dont get sore fast, but working out my legs is boring because ive maxed out my weider machine

The thing I hate most is sitting down on a toilet the day after a leg workout. I'm always afraid my legs are gonna give out and I'll end up colapsing on the bathroom floor.
