Default Would a potential employer ever call you back?

To let you know that the position you interviewed for was filled, and you did not make the cut?

Just curious.

In my experience, a letter in the mail is common.........a phone call is not.

Chances are they will not call you. If you have to call to find out, chances are you did not get the job.

Calling them back would show you're proactive and your willingness to want this position.
