Are the S's turbo or supercharged? In Hampton CT there's an old dude with a supercharged Mini with about 400whp.

I think the S's are turbo but there is an optional supercharger package for them. All I know is that I really want to test drive one of them cause they seem fun as hell.

up to 2006
Cooper S are Super Charged
2007+
Cooper S are turbo charged (bmw is gonna start using turbo again to increase power. instead of just increasing displacement)
Jim Wolf = John Cooper Works
JCW is additional on top of the SC. its got upgraded SC parts, exhaust and some other stuff. i think its around 4k
so theoretically you could get a Cooper S with JCW pkg for around 26k
Cooper S has 163bhp
JCW has 200bhp
