my camera only has 2sec shutter :wtc: then again it's pretty cheap

ISO is the number indicating a digital camera sensors sensitivity to light. The higher the sensitivity, the less light is needed to make an exposure.

i dont have the option on my camera but what about the 15sec? whats that suppose to do?

Exposure is the amount of time the camera exposes the image sensor to light. With night shots of moving objects, it gives it that blurred motion effect.

that means it takes 15seconds to snap the picture, which is why the ferris wheel looks like its moving fast, it's 15 seconds of motion crammed into one picture.
