I'm at work, and I'm capturing a DVD feature into a Digital Rapids machine, which spits out different types of formats that an operator (Me) chooses. Hence, my posting outburst.

I set the machine to go, do other work, then come back later.

 

I've been trying to "back-up" my DVD's using Fast DVD copy 3.0 on the Mac, and have been making coasters h:

no adobo recipe off the top of my head.

well i'm not making copies at work, on this particular job, i'm capturing the dvd feature, but spitting out a 5.1 audio file (ac3) and a mpeg layer1 file. the mpeg gets watermarked, and then the watermarked file and ac3 get trancoded. the transcoded file gets encrypted. and so forth.

 

Damn... We shoot Debutante Balls, and have to encode jpgs. It's horrible. Before anyone had a scanner, we sold the albums with 5x7's with no worry. NOW.... we have to send a proof album on a CD via FLIP ALBUM with HUGE water marks on them. However necessary, it's lame.

If you have the chance, please help me with an Adobo recipe. lol
