see what was nice is the setup at my parents house....I had the both ends sydrome and they have the bathtub right next to the toilet...so you could literally sit on the edge of the bathtub ass hung out and still be fairly comfortable on the toilet seat with your arms/head

i like the other way arround.. ass on toilet and face bathtub cause vomit goes all over the place... unpredictable really.
