My picks for NBA Playoffs
The clippers definitely have a shot to upset the nuggets...if you call it an upset...the clippers had a better record. I'd like to see the lakers and clippers go at it for the battle of LA, and have every game in the staples center...that'd be somethin to see...but it wont happen.

The Nets LOVE to lose in the first game of the playoffs...even if they are the higher seed. The only one I can remember them winning is against the Knicks, but they probably won the year before that, too.
I'm not worried yet...Vince had an atrocious game, and they only lost by 2. He's not going to shoot 30% in four out of seven games.

The Knicks were hard to watch this year. I hit the first two Knicks-Nets games with my friend who is a big Knicks fan, but after the second one, he couldn't bring himself to watch the others.
It's going to take some big moves for them to get fixed for next year. They aren't even going to get that potential number one pick...I think that hurts a lot.

I liked Marbury when he was on the Nets, and I think they still would have made the playoffs (but not the finals) if he didn't get traded for Kidd. There were so many injuries on the team before the trade that he didn't have a chance that season.
Now he really just seems like Iverson without the drive and desire. I would love to see him and Francis play successfully together. It would be exciting to watch, but I don't really see it happening.
It's Jordan lacing them up again?
If they can bounce back and hold serve at home, it wouldn't be as big of a stretch for them to win in seven. They had some good comebacks in both games, but I've seen teams (Nets) do that and get swept.
