the barber i go charges me 12. he bics my head i give him a 15 and tell him to keep it. hes a buddy of mine.

when i used to go to a not barber but salon place it was 15 for the cut and a 5$ tip.

barbershop > salon.

9 bucks for the cut, 1$ for tip.

I go to a barber who works out of the first floor of his house and was an old family friend of my ex. He only charges me $10 (versus $12) and whenever I tried to tip him he wouldn't take it. So technically, I don't tip anything.
