I know there are people who dislike these movies and such. I happen to enjoy them greatly so that's that. i dont want to read the opinions about how those of you who didnt like the trilogy.

theres always been some weird incomplete parts of the trilogy to me. maybe some of you guys know the answers.

1. how does neo end up in the subway station? i mean, he feels the sentinels, passes out, then he's in the subway. its explained vaguely, but i still dont understand how and why the merovingian did this.

2. at the final fight scene with smith, how do all the smith's die once they replicate neo? i thought it was because the machines regained control of smith's program because neo was jacked in, but that doesnt make sense, because werent the rest of the smith replica's jacked in at one point too?

3. how does the merovingian and his exiles keep returning and living thru the various reincarnations of the one?

edit: I think for the 3rd one is the one is supposed to destroy the sentinals, but isntead Neo saves Trinity and destroyed the cycle. I dunno doesn;t really make sense...

why does the merovingian give up neo under gunpoint? wouldnt he just live thru the next reincarnation of the one?

hey thats a new way of looking at it, the architect did say that all his predessors had a love for humanity in general, but keanu reeves love interest was specific to trinity.

the predecessors went thru the oother door....hmmmm good stuff.

for the 2nd question

the answer is, once neo was absorbed i think he weakened mr smith. to get in he sorta linked back up with the matrix through the computers since he was so close in the city. and once he was absorbed they linked him back in and jsut did a big virus delete on mr. smith. thats what i get out of it. if you really want to know, google it.
