stupid sbc at&t phone service {rant}
so ive been with this company for about 2 years and i basically just have it for internet so i dont really use it cause i have the cell phone. well on my local plan they charge you long distance if you call out of the 15 mile radious. so to avoid all that crap i put a block up with my phone service which basically blocks every call that will be long distance. the blocks been worken fine for years, but for the past 3 months they keep charging me for a call that keeps sneaking threw the block. funny thing its the same number. so i call the first month they deduct the charges and tell me its gonna get fixed...second month rolls threw and the same thing.well now this third time i get my bill and the same garbage...so by now im pretty pissed off so i call and now they are telling me some stupid shit about how not all calls are blocked and that i gotta pay all the charges!!!! wtf???? so now im really thinkin about switching to another company cause im not gonna keep calling every month to debate with these retards.{end/rant}
anyone have a company they prefer that offeres dsl?
