It smells like shit and I hate having my clothes smell like it. Why should I have to put up with myself and my clothes smelling like nasty cigarettes because the smoker is too lazy to get up and smoke somewhere where it isn't bothering anybody?

yeah, thats really cool
what's worse than worrying about somebody elses habit being detrimental to your health? thats like saying its okay for me to drive my ram 100 mph through red lights and not giving a shit if you might get hurt when i drive through or over your integra with it. my stupid behavior and social negligence leads to your death, is that okay?

It's so nice to be able to actually get a seat when going to a restaurant and not have to wait 25 minutes while you look into the "smoking" room at the 2 tables which like to kill themselves and their waiter.
ugh.
so nice.

i think it sucks to tell a business owner he cant allow smoking in his building unless he sets up a completely seperate, sealed off room for it.
but the legislation does allow for the business owners who'd rather not allow smoking to do so without committing business suicide.

smelling smoke in the air while trying to eat w/in a restuarant is annoying as hell.
