Hes an artist. He sells copies of these on matte paper. 11 months of work for something he can sell many times over.

I'm more impressed that his PC could handle that psd, I wonder how much RAM he had? I got 1 gig and when I do a psd with 20 layers at 12"x15" at 300 pixels per inch I get a slowdown.
