Reasons 1, 2, 4, and 5 are why I went there to kick it. You ride reg or goofy?

Reg, ergo, I appreciate lefts.
Dom, when looking directly at a wave, whatever direction the wave is breaking is what you call it. So North of Law St (the pier) if the wave is breaking (barreling) to the pier, that would be a left. So I would have my chest towards the breaking wave, as compared to my back towards it.

I would like rights...I ride goofy

h:funny, since my dad and uncle had both started surfing in their early teens and were sponsored at one point.

Scripps Wall was firing yesterday. Scored some overhead bombs all day. No wind, glassy barrels, spring break chickies.
Wheres Law St? Ill be at Windan Sea most likely today. South swells and bowly ramps ftw!

How long would you say it would take someone to learn surfing who has never done any board riding in their life (snow, skate, long, etc..)?
I was thinking of doing those group lessons things that emerald city in Mission beach does...good or a waste of money?
