My buddy who has some knowledge of bikes said he thinks the piston seal on the
clutch slave cylinder gave out or it broke the spring. It's definately clutch related. I haven't had it looked at yet though.

My so called "clutch cable" was my throttle cable that must have gotten severed when it landed.
