If you're in the stock room, then you can get away with something much less formal.
The worst part is "getting in season". The company views you as a walking model for their clothes. They'll offer "discounts" towards certain items they want you to push out the door. (seasonal pants and shirts) The shitty part is, 40% off $100 pants is still $60 out of your pocket. Same goes for shirts ... you'll need 3 or 4 to make it though the week. Buy something basic ... a blue long sleeved button down, a white long sleeved button down ... those carried all year round. If you spend all your money on short sleeved polos, then you'll need an entire new wardrobe for the Fall season ... which starts on July 4th. :a:
The company will also ask you to work some retarded hours. They'll attempt to use you, burn you out, and replace when needed. Just remember, never skip class for work ... never work extra hours ... if you have an exam the next day, never close the night before.

my advice, since you're still in high school is working at a restaurant.....a lot better pay.

When I worked at Ruby Tuesday's the expo didn't make any tips. All servers tipped out the bartender and the host. I hated serving, but made good money. Eventually the stress of that job and the stress of 19 credits of core-classes got the best of me.

I'm scared to ask which one, Hawthorn, Northbrook Court, or other.
