what was the first honda model sold in the U.S.? I was at the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry a couple weeks ago and they had one on display but I'm not sure what it was called...something with 1000 in the name maybe? :thinking:

Its the Honda Beat. Honda's mid engine / rear wheel drive car...well aside from the NSX. It was mass produced overseas, never sold over here though. I mean I thought it was a cool car, just really underpowered. But hey, it was cheap...and kinda cool that Honda made a cheap and MR car
