I get paid per warning point issued and for each banning I perform. It was changed on me since I am a high producer in both these areas.

so if posts dont matter what does? being "OG"? i would imagine its a very rigorous (sp?) process to go through because daniel in this case wouldnt wanna hire just any kind of loser to moderate his forum.

Im OG and i only been here for close to 2 years.....When i look back at it....dam....i've known you guys for a long ass time.....Gaaaah Dam.....anyway.....Post counts dont make you OG....Joinerages date doesnt make you OG.....Your personality makes you OG
