Thats true...I saw a report that scientifically proved that hitting a ball 400 feet with vs without a corked bat only adds like 4-5 feet.

My view:

Every major leaguer has the strength to take it over the fence. Taking performance enhancing drugs is definately wrong, BUT 'roids dont make you hit the ball on the sweet spot.

Viagra doesn't make you bone better, but sure makes your dick hard.

Actually, yes I have faced 90+ heat, breaking balls, I will confess that a vaseline ball is pretty near impossible to hit, as is a really good knuckleball.

Did Henry Aaron hit half his homeruns after his 35th birthday, no, did not think so. The drugs Mr. Bonds has been using for years have caused his late career surge in power. IMHO, he has tainted himself, and any career marks he might set.

1. He still has amazing talent. While his strength has helped him hit homeruns, he was hitting them before.

2. His (alleged) steroid use took place before it was banned by the MLB. Why wouldn't he have done it? I'm sure most of the league has been on it at one point or another. I don't see how you can punish someone for something that was done before it was outlawed. That would be like punishing someone for murder before it was deemed a crime.

Andrew, are you positive he has creative control over the show? I listened to a radio show at work in which the creator/producer of the show was the guest, and he seemed pretty much in control of the show to me. They showed both sides of the story, from fans and experts during the show.

so you agree how hard it is to turn 90mph fastball?
Im not hear to argue specifics, what im saying there are worst people in the hall of fame them him...

by the way baseball has let drug abuse go on (cocaine early 80's ,Ephedra in the late 80's early 90 and roids)
it's no different than the WWF

:werd: I dont agree with it "if" he did use it but it wasnt banned by mlb and there was no testing for it. So its very difficult in my opinion to punish him based on that. He deserves every record he gets
