If you have attempted to make contact and had no response Paypal wants you to file a claim as soon as possible. There's a huge thing on filing a claim on their security section. It took about an hour to read because it's not just one page it's like a web. You read one part and then select an option going further into the topic, then you click another option.

i will give it 24 hours from my first message. that was at 4 today. then i want my $$ back. im mean seriously, all i wanted was status. im not gonna flip out at the dude if he has to even wait till over the weekend to ship. i could understand but no contact at all just screams sketchy. i hate sketchy people.

If he ends up comming through or something you can cancel the claim with a click of a button so no harm done on either sides if there was just a small glitch in the communication.

what do they do? investigate everything? how long would it take to get my $$ back? i would rather try to settle with the cust instead of waiting months for my claim to go through and stuff. thats why i want to give the dude a change. he sold someone a $1000 brick of silver with no problems so he is accustomed to large sales. i dunno. what does everyone think?

it took me ten days after i filed the claim to get my money. as soon as the tenth day rolls around the money will be refunded to your paypal account IF he doesnt respond, if he does then i dunno. i tried to give the seller a chance but all he cared about was me removing the negative feedback i left him. i got my money and ruined his rep

fuckit! i just filed the claim. i really don't care at this point. as far as im concerned i think he knew he was ripping me off all along and planned to stop all communication as soon as he got my money.... prick. i dont even care if he come up with some shitty story. either way, this will get the message across that you can't just stop talking to someone who dropped $600 in the blink of an eye and on a wing of faith with an, at best, shady seller.

eesh man ... it's been 1 day. You gotta give the seller some time to prepare the package. That's pretty brutal.

ehhh, not after what i have been through communication wise with this seller. i gave him chances to prove himself. after i won the auction he didnt respond to any e-mails for 48 hours but you can bet that invoice was sent less than 10 seconds after the auction ended. he didnt want to tell me how he was shipping even. it says "i will probably use UPS" in his e-mail concerning how and when he would ship. Its not like he sells shit loads of stuff. he is only a 15 and only 2 of those are sold items (didnt realize when i bid) and thats my fault. If i sold a $600 item on ebay, i would make damn well sure the buyer was NOT left in the dark on any issue. All i was asking for was if there were any problems with the order and he will not respond. I don't really think i over reacted at all.
