Sorry to say but it sucked ass.

I keep hearing people mention it over and over again so I had to be the one to break the news that it was a subpar musical/movie/play or whatever you want to call it.

I have no intentions on seeing it. Coming from a theatre background the hype successfully destryoed me wanting to see it. I would rather watch Chicago before Rent, and I was not a fan of Chicago either.

I was dragged to go see it in the movies where i commenced to fall asleep.

The woman loved it... I havent seen the play though and she has.
