TarK,...on the menu bar in Word click on Tables, then click hide gridlines..

I also use Foxit to read PDFs because it doesn't take 3 hours to load like Adobe reader does.

Adobe reader is also a resource hog, as is most adobe programs.

yeah but as Jani said that is a local setting so when i send the invoice the lcient see all the gridlines.

The client will have to turn it off on his end. Tools>> Options>> General>>Show gridlines

I know you cant have the client do that , so to speak

Your best bet is to PDF it.
