I opened up the back of the phone looking for one and nothing was there like my other phones. I thought it came with one.

then it's CDMA right? what carrier where you with? if it is CDMA i would think there is a way delete the default number :dunno: what model?

Yes it's CDMA. Alltel the carrier and the phone is a LG LX5550

Master reset is the best way to go, it wipes out everything .
