fuckit, pick up an old accord wagon for cheap, swap in an h22. or...... the 06 civic lx 4 door. 140hp, 6 airbags, abs, 40 mpg on REGULAR FUEL, $17k brand new.

If you're just looking for a utility beaterwith some pep, the Camry and Accord both come to mind. The older V6 versions aren't too bad to drive around. Also, you can get a Subaru Outback or Outback Sport if you really need some cargo room. You can get these cars for around ~$10-15K.

accord, TSX, or something of the sort.

SE-R = :down:
g35 sedan = ugly and way too much $$
corolla = :ugh:
camry = eh
new TL = way too much $$
WRX = eh, not right for what you're looking for
teg sedan = eh, almost the same boat as you're in now, with 4 doors
