you know what, after what happened just a few hours ago on the road tonight, let the dumbass stay in jail. fuckin for real. some fuck face crossed the median and almost ran head on to my car and hit a few signs to make him stop. come to find out later the dude was drunk.

 

underage + drunk driving = idiot

 

i just walked my happy ass 3 miles home at 4 am.

There simply isn't an excuse for Drinking and Driving...i know a kid i went to school with that just got caught for it. i wonder if they took his lisences away yet

 

put it this way..the best way to avoid drunk driving is never to drink while you are drunk..or have someone in the force to help witht he issue....just like me...lol..but please dont' drive while you are drunk...you never know what might you hit....

 

is indiana a zero tolerance state? hope so....

in NY if a minor gets a DWI, you lose your license until you are 21

they say over time, a DWI costs you 10 grand (between legal fees, insurance, etc) hope that was worth it!

theres no reason to pay 500 dollars. i have a dui or should say had a dui. you spend a night in jail your out the next day. he will loose his lic and will have to go to aa and dui classes depending on how much he blew he can do a 24hour program, 3month program or 6month program. its not the end of the world. but in the end he will pay out of the ass for court fees, dui fees, and insurance.

 

In my city if you go in on Friday and you dont pay bail you stay for a week...As it turns out he called his mom so i didnt end up payin shit....The reason he got pulled over was because he didnt have his seat belt on...but thats still no excuse for being drunk and driving.
